Structure and Features:

• It is equipped with an electric actuator for automated operation. The actuator can precisely control the opening and closing of the valve.
• Designed to withstand high temperatures, the valve body and internal components are made of materials with excellent heat resistance.
• The butterfly disc is usually made of special alloys or refractory materials to ensure reliable performance at high temperatures.

Working Principle:

The electric actuator receives signals from a control system and drives the stem to rotate the butterfly disc. When the disc is perpendicular to the flow, the valve is closed; when it is parallel to the flow, the valve is open. By adjusting the position of the disc, the flow rate of the fluid can be controlled.

Applications:

• Widely used in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, and petrochemicals where high temperature fluids need to be controlled.
• In boiler systems, flue gas treatment plants, and high-temperature process pipelines.
